I would just like to say that Carlos in the Epsom store is the most happy, courteous, polite and sociable member of staff. He always goes out of his way to chat and brighten his customers days.

Nothing is ever too much trouble. I have also observed him helping the less abled and elderly by lifting their bags and help them pack their shopping.

Well done Carlos-Wilkos should be very proud of you.

I was pleased with the friendly and positive attitude of Nicholas the store assistant who served me at the Altrincham branch today.

I also visited the smaller store in Uttoxeter yesterday and Carole was very friendly and helpful.

I was particularly impressed with the discounted Thorntons cheeky elf chocolates which I purchased for £1 each.

    The panettone was excellent

Good to see excellent customer service in the stores that I visit

Keep up the good work !!

I visited our small branch of Tesco yesterday and found that they are much cheaper on the Thorntons Xmas Box.

I paid £7.50 at Wilko, a few days ago.

At Tesco, they are only £5.00.

Can I please have a refund of £2.50?
