If the code is wrong, you won’t be able to participate in the survey. Make sure to check again and enter a valid number. If it still doesn’t work, the code has expired. You will need a new receipt.

Is the Receipt valid just for 1 week?

Yes the code is valid for 7 days. After that, you will need a new receipt and a new code.
