- Enter the Register number, transaction number, and store number which all can be found in Biglotsurvey
- Enter the time and date indicated on the receipt.
- Answer the survey.
- Complete the information form at the end of the survey.
For Alternate Means of Entry:
- Write your full name, followed by the address, city, zip code, state, phone, and birthday in a 3”x5” card.
- Put it in an envelope which is postmarked by the entry period date.
- Mail the letter to Big Lots! Guest Experience Survey Sweepstakes Entry, 625 Panorama Trail, Suite 2100, Rochester, NY 14625-2437.
Note: A receipt is not needed when you’re using the Alternate Means of Entry.
Restrictions
Any form of cheating is restricted and immediately disqualify an entry. Potential winners cannot transfer the gift card to anyone and cannot convert it to cash or another commodity. The survey is only available to the residents of the United States. Any entries coming from other territories will be immediately void. Participants should give honest answers; only one entry is allowed per person for each drawing period.
